The apartments are located near the sea which
means they have their own private port.
Bring your friends over and play in the sea, have fun

All the apartments share a large communal garden.
Have all your friends round, get the paddling pool out and have a barbecue

The kids like to hang out at a place that's cool, most come here
to watch the skater's show off or make a fool of themselves

Come to the famous New York beach with your friends.
build sandcastles and swim in the sea

Come here to do your food shopping or just run around
and race each other with the carts down the isles

Come get a coffee, site and chat with your friends.

Not the most glamourous hotel around but it's
still pretty and the room service is pretty good too

The best club around, they play all sorts of styles of music.
Over 21 only or have a fake id ready

The record store is great for finding new music you didn't know existed.
Sometimes your band will be invited for an acoustic show

simply crash the mall, good times
